What inspired you to start Winni Pest Solutions and Alpha Omega Wildlife Control?
My first career out of college was as a financial adviser with A.G. Edwards & Sons. In 2001, after reading a Wall Street Journal article about nuisance wildlife and the loss of habitat due to urban expansion, I saw a growing need that wasn’t being properly addressed. That inspired me to start Alpha Omega Wildlife Control. In 2016, I launched Winni Pest Solutions to better serve our expanding client base and provide comprehensive pest control services alongside wildlife control.
What do you love most about this work?
I love the mystery and investigative side of an inspection. Discovering the source of a problem and curing it makes me feel like a superhero. Solving our clients’ pest and wildlife issues—eliminating disturbing noises, horrible odors, and unwanted pests—is incredibly rewarding.
What’s most important for people to know about Winni Pest Solutions?
Customer relationships are my top priority. Our customers are our business—without them, we wouldn’t exist. I believe in building genuine relationships and connecting with our clients on a personal level. They trust us with their homes and businesses, and we never take that responsibility lightly.
What do you appreciate most about being part of the Winni Pest Solutions team?
Working alongside my daughter, Daniele. Being able to share my experience while watching her grow and lead within the business is something I truly value.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I have four children and three grandchildren who keep me busy and young. Watching my grandchildren play sports is often the highlight of my day. I’m also an avid hunter and enjoy racing snowmobiles on water as well as backcountry snowmobiling.
What is it about the Lakes Region and White Mountains that you enjoy most?
The change of seasons—there’s nothing quite like it.

How did you get started with Winni Pest Solutions?
After graduating from Plymouth State University, I began my career in sales for a manufacturing company. A couple of years in, I found myself drawn to the idea of working side-by-side with my dad. With my background in sales and marketing, I saw an opportunity to help grow the business—and it was something I couldn’t stop thinking about.
I joined Winni Pest Solutions as a full-time pest control technician working in the field and quickly transitioned into a dual role in both the field and the office. I never expected to enjoy running a business as much as I do, but I quickly realized I could bring fresh, college-honed skills and a new perspective to help move the company forward.
What do you love most about this work?
I truly enjoy talking with our clients and getting to know them. We value building relationships, knowing our customers by name, and being there when they need us most. I’ve also grown to love owning and operating a family business. Working alongside my father has taught me a lot, and it’s an experience I wouldn’t trade for anything.
What do you appreciate most about being part of the Winni Pest Solutions team?
I appreciate the opportunity to work with and learn from my dad, as well as the company culture we’re building and the small-business atmosphere we maintain. I’ve been able to apply my skills directly to our operations, including transitioning the business from paper-based systems to fully electronic processes. I also really enjoy managing our employees and making sure we’re doing everything possible to provide the supportive work environment they deserve.
What is it about the Lakes Region and White Mountains that you enjoy most?
Snowmobiling—without question. I spend several months each winter snowmobiling in British Columbia, Canada. You’ll usually find me chasing the biggest mountains and the deepest snow.

Jonathan Morgan
Technician, Winni Pest Solutions
Foreman, Alpha Omega Wildlife Control
How did you get started with Winni Pest Solutions?
As a kid, I was always catching frogs and bringing snakes home to my mom—yes, I was that kid who kept the neighbors guessing. Before joining Winni Pest Solutions, I worked as a chimney sweep specialist, which gave me valuable experience working on roofs—an absolute must in the wildlife control world. While wildlife is truly my passion, I’m also a fully licensed pest control technician.
What do you love most about this work?
I excel at wildlife control. I’m not afraid to work with any animal, and I can exclude wildlife from just about any structure. I’ll crawl rooftops like Spider-Man on a mission if that’s what the job takes.
What do you appreciate most about being part of the Winni Pest Solutions team?
The family environment. Winni Pest Solutions isn’t just where I work—it’s my family.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids hiking, snowboarding, and biking.

Jessie Garcia
Technician, Winni Pest Solutions
How did you get started with Winni Pest Solutions?
I reached out to the team through Indeed while looking for a family-owned company. After reading how Winni Pest Solutions values its pest technicians, I knew I had to apply. It immediately felt like a place where people were respected and supported.
What do you love most about this work?
Most people choose their jobs for one of two reasons: they’re passionate about the craft, or they want to help people. For me, pest control is both. People often underestimate the mental strain and damage pests can cause in their lives. When I show up for a treatment, I’m helping solve a problem that’s impacting someone’s home and personal well-being. Whether it’s insects causing structural damage or a sanitation pest issue, I’m always prepared—and I leave every job feeling satisfied knowing I’ve helped make someone’s life better.
What do you appreciate most about being part of the Winni Pest Solutions team?
Before coming here, I worked at corporate pest control companies for almost two years, where I didn’t feel respected or encouraged to grow. Tom, Daniele, and Jon have shown me how much of a difference I can make in this industry. They push me to keep learning and expanding my skills, and they genuinely support my eagerness to grow. I’m constantly reassured and treated like family. Winni Pest Solutions does pest control the right way—how most companies should. They’ve given me a reason to strive to become the best of the best.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy driving and playing video games. I spend most of my time with my fiancé and our three fur babies: Phantom, a purebred pit bull terrier; Tippie, my cat who always wakes me up for food; and our sassy Persian cat who somehow gets hair everywhere. In the winter, we live a very cozy, at-home life, but once spring and summer hit, we love getting out and doing more together.

Bryan Underhill
Field Supervisor, Winni Pest Solutions
How did you get started with Winni Pest Solutions?
I was actually connected through my mom, which led to an opportunity to help roll out the company’s tick program. It was a true right-place, right-time situation, and I’m really grateful it worked out the way it did.
What do you love most about this work?
The people—hands down. Whether it’s our customers or the team, I genuinely enjoy working with and helping people every day.
What do you appreciate most about being part of the Winni Pest Solutions team?
Even though I’m still getting to know everyone, it’s already clear this is a group of good, genuine people. Being surrounded by strong character and positive attitudes means a lot to me.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m a big fan of football and basketball. I also love snowmobiling when the season’s right, and most importantly, spending time with family.
